Australian Eggs

Funded by a Victorian Government grant, we packed the van and headed up the east coast — Toowoomba to Euroa — visiting over five farms across Queensland, NSW and Victoria for Australian Eggs and 4UpSkilling.

On the ground, we filmed on-farm demonstrations covering Australian Eggs' biosecurity methodology from the ground up — best practice induction training for new workers, through to higher-level content for managers looking to build their skills. We produced well over eight videos in total, now distributed across Victoria and Australia. A lot of it is industry-sensitive, so it stays internal — but there was a lot of ground covered, literally and otherwise.

These are the kinds of jobs we genuinely enjoy. The challenge is taking complex process and scope and making it land visually — keeping people watching without losing the information. Training videos have a reputation for a reason, and we're not always able to dodge every dry moment, but we work hard to make sure they don't feel like a relic from 1997.
