Badass bbq + Great Southern

Before the Badass BBQ crew flew to Kansas for the American Royal — the world's largest barbecue competition — we made a stop at the JBS processing plant in Brooklyn, Victoria, to hand-select the Great Southern product they'd be taking over.

Walking through one of Australia's biggest abattoirs was something else. Around 1,000 employees processing 950 cattle a day, plus a fully automated lamb dividing system running alongside it. Worth the early start.

Back in Melbourne, we also produced the awards video for the Great Southern Producer of the Year Awards — a 500-person event at Crown. The campaign pulled over 20,000 organic views in the first two days.
